Bistro 400 Beverage Service
Bistro 400 is a fully licensed liquor catering
business offering Hosted and Cash bar. We have been in
the business since 1984 and our clients include many caterers,
production companies, and party planners in Orange, Los
Angeles, and San Diego Counties. Some of the locations
where we have catered include Richard Nixon Library, Marconi
Museum, Pacific Edge, Rancho Las Lomas, Discovery Science
Center, Long Beach Museum of Art, Red Rock Chateau, and
L.A. Arboretum.
OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE:
Our Unique Gem of the Downtown is an excellent location for your Corporate Meetings and Parties
Wedding Rehearsal Dinners and Holiday Parties.
Our Facility may also be made available for full day Events such as Movie and Film Shoots, Seminars and workshops.

Bistro 400 is a professional beverage service created to elevate your party or event to the next level. We will treat your party as if it was our own, giving personalized service that you will come to expect from Bistro 400. Whether it be a party of twenty or in the hundreds we will make sure that you will remain worry free. We want you to enjoy yourself while we take care of your beverage needs.
Hosted Bar Service
All hosted bar services include: unlimited service for four hours, acrylic disposable glasses, cocktail napkins, stirs, ice, set up and clean up of bar, bar glassware priced upon request. Bartender or server fee and production cost will be added.

Confirmation & Payment
Once received, your order will be processed in our office and sent for you to review for accuracy. A 50% deposit is due at the time of confirmation. Changes or reductions to orders are requested 7 days prior to your event.
Fees and Charges
Prices do not include 8.75% sales tax. A 20% service charge is always added to the subtotal for the entire bill. Rental charges may apply depending on the scope of your event and if any additional equipment, props or sound equipment is needed. All those charges will be itemized in the proposal and event contract.
